Our website uses WP Mail SMTP and an authorised church Google/Gmail account to send website emails, including contact-form notifications.
This connection uses Google account authorisation and stored authentication tokens. Google processes email addresses and message content to deliver these emails. Messages may be retained in the church’s email account, and form submissions may be stored in our website database.
The church account administrator can revoke the website’s Google access through their Google Account settings.
Information obtained through Google APIs is used for website email functionality. Our use and transfer of that information follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
